Разумеется, кто ж этого не знает? Ан нет, оказывается, что в предыдущей цитате вместо точек стояло вот что:

Уста немотствуют. У кого есть государство, с того и спрос. У кого есть деньги, с того и брать (и раздать тем, у кого нет). А уж как представишь себе, насколько ужасны и трагичны hardships лондонского бомжа, спящего на решётке Tube, по сравнению с этическими проблемами Sir Quentin Thomas'a, возглавлявшего Комиссию, так просто рыдать хочется, насколько Би-Би-Си fails to adequaltely describe the former in respect with the latter.
