fSU emigration: about 300,000 to US and the same to Germany?

Funny source of information on migration data... According to it, the number of fSU emigrants to US since 1985 is roughly 300,000, about the same as the number of emigrants to Germany since 1994 only. These figures look a bit suspicious...
